Postanowienia og\u00f3lne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchasing tickets for events and exhibitions organized by UFO Art Gallery Maria Ciborowska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprzeda\u017c bilet\u00f3w prowadzona jest za po\u015brednictwem platformy Bookero dost\u0119pnej pod adresem: https:\/\/ufoartgallery.bookero.pl\/ <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/ufoartgallery.bookero.pl\/\">https:\/\/ufoartgallery.bookero.pl\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By purchasing a ticket, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a72. Rezerwacja i p\u0142atno\u015b\u0107<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Klient wybiera wydarzenie, termin oraz metod\u0119 p\u0142atno\u015bci za po\u015brednictwem systemu Bookero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0142atno\u015bci dokonywane s\u0105 online za po\u015brednictwem systemu Przelewy24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the payment is confirmed, the ticket is sent electronically to the email address provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a74. Ceny i faktury<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All ticket prices include VAT and are listed in Polish z\u0142oty (PLN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An invoice can be issued upon the Customer\u2019s request \u2014 to do so, please send the invoice details to: <strong><a>contact@ufoart.gallery<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a75. Prawo do odst\u0105pienia od umowy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of ticket purchase, provided the event has not yet taken place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to: <strong><a>contact@ufoart.gallery<\/a><\/strong> z podaniem danych kontaktowych oraz numeru biletu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the request, using the same payment method as the original transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a76. Zmiany terminu wydarzenia i odwo\u0142anie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If the event date changes, the Customer will be notified promptly via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the event is canceled by the organizer, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the ticket cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a77. Reklamacje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Complaints should be submitted via email to: <strong><a>contact@ufoart.gallery<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W wiadomo\u015bci nale\u017cy poda\u0107: imi\u0119 i nazwisko, numer biletu, opis problemu oraz oczekiwany spos\u00f3b rozwi\u0105zania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reklamacje s\u0105 rozpatrywane w terminie 14 dni kalendarzowych.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a78.
