Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales

§1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchasing tickets for events and exhibitions organized by UFO Art Gallery Maria Ciborowska.

Tickets are sold via the Bookero platform, available at: https://ufoartgallery.bookero.pl/

By purchasing a ticket, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

§3. Booking and Payment

The Customer selects the event, date, and payment method through the Bookero system.

Payments are made online via the Przelewy24 system.

Once the payment is confirmed, the ticket is sent electronically to the email address provided.

§4. Prices and Invoices

All ticket prices include VAT and are listed in Polish złoty (PLN).

An invoice can be issued upon the Customer’s request — to do so, please send the invoice details to: contact@ufoart.gallery

§5. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of ticket purchase, provided the event has not yet taken place.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to: contact@ufoart.gallery including contact details and the ticket number.

A refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the request, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

§6. Event Date Changes and Cancellations

If the event date changes, the Customer will be notified promptly via email.

If the event is canceled by the organizer, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the ticket cost.

§7. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted via email to: contact@ufoart.gallery

The message should include: full name, ticket number, description of the issue, and expected resolution.

Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days.

§8. Personal Data Protection

Customer personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at: www.ufoart.gallery

§9. Final Provisions

In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 shall apply.
