A fourth-year student at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. Co-founder of the gallery space and creative studio Subteria. Winner of the second edition of the CX ART – Creating a Young Art Gallery competition (2021). Winner of the second prize of the Slawomir Karpowicz “Nocturn” Painting Competition (2022). He presented his paintings in group exhibitions at, among others, the Solvay Centre for Contemporary Art as part of the Open Eyes Art Festival 2022 and the Subteria Gallery. Co-creator of the author’s abstract painting workshop programme held at Subteria Gallery (2021).
“In my work I want to combine a performative process of action, based on the notion of ‘philosophy of chance’, with the use of fundamental symbols and archetypes. Through the meeting of these values, I create a form of image that moves between man-made culture and natural evolutionary determination. I call this exploration ‘Morphia’.
